Social Innovation

The Company integrates the Creating Shared Value (CSV) model to concretely address structural challenges. This includes the "Fair Trade Noodle Project," which guarantees fair purchase prices to reduce the economic vulnerability of farmers, and the "MAMA Model," which transitions from philanthropic aid to the development of skills and 27 types of independent occupations, enabling persons with disabilities to access their right to work and achieve sustainable self-reliance.

Driving and Promoting Sustainable Children's Rights

Thai President Foods Public Company Limited recognizes the importance of respecting and promoting children's rights in accordance with the Children's Rights and Business Principles (CRBPs). Beyond adhering to the company’s human rights policy—which strictly prohibits child labor—the Company actively organizes various activities to foster an environment conducive to the sustainable growth and healthy development of children, through initiatives at several levels as follows:

1 Employee Families
Providing a breastfeeding room in the workplace to promote good nutrition for infants, along with the "Mama Kids" program, which fosters skill development and learning, as well as encourages productive activities during school holidays.
2 Community Level
By promoting Children's Day activities that encourage creative self-expression, providing education on nutrition and environmental conservation, as well as implementing projects for vulnerable groups, such as: Foundation for Slum Child Care, Soi On Nut 88 To promote early childhood development and foster an environment conducive to growth.
3 Societal Level
By focusing on creating educational opportunities and promoting self-expression, such as: Saturday School Project As well as implementing projects for vulnerable groups, such as: Foundation for Slum Child Care, Soi On Nut 88
