Innovation & Tech

The Company has implemented high-pressure nozzle technology to precisely control water direction and volume, alongside initiating the installation of automated screen cleaners that use eco-friendly chemicals to replace water and steam, tangibly enhancing efficiency and reducing water resource losses in operational processes.

Eco-friendly production process (Green Process)

The Company implements water reduction measures throughout the company through three key strategies, as follows:

(1) Water Reduction at Source: Upgrading technologies, such as installing roller-dipping systems and utilizing spray nozzles, to minimize unnecessary water loss.

(2) Water Recycling and Reuse: Reclaiming treated wastewater for non-food contact activities, such as watering green areas and utilizing it in odor treatment systems.

(3) Continuous Efficiency Improvement:
The Company collaborates with Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited at the Saha Group Industrial Park in Lamphun Province and Si Racha, Chonburi Province. The collaboration involves using steam in heat exchanger systems and recovering condensate for reuse, thereby improving energy efficiency and reducing freshwater consumption by a total of 49,457 cubic meters.
