Whistleblowing

The Company is committed to conducting its business with transparency and strong corporate governance. We provide accessible channels for employees and all stakeholders to report concerns, complaints, or suspected misconduct related to violations of the Code of Conduct, applicable laws and regulations, or human rights infringements.

Whistleblower and Complainant Protection Measures

The Company places the highest importance on protecting individuals who report concerns in good faith. To ensure their safety and confidence in speaking up, the Company has established protection measures in accordance with international best practices and its Code of Conduct, including the following:

Confidentiality Protection

All information and identities of whistleblowers and complainants are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel directly responsible for the investigation process.

Non-Retaliation

The Company shall not demote, penalize, or impose any adverse consequences on employees who report concerns, disclose misconduct, or refuse to participate in activities that violate human rights, even where such actions may result in the loss of business benefits or opportunities for the Company.

Fact-Finding and Investigation Process

1. Receipt of Complaints and Reports
Receive complaints or reports, conduct a preliminary review, and, where appropriate, assign a trusted individual or designated function to carry out the investigation on behalf of the Company.
2. Fact-Finding and Evidence Collection
Relevant employees may be invited to provide information, and additional documents or supporting evidence may be requested to facilitate a thorough and impartial investigation.
3. Reporting to highest level Management
Complaints that pass the preliminary assessment will be reported to the highest level of management for acknowledgment and further consideration.
4. Review by the 3C Committee
The 3C Committee reviews the information, determines the facts of the case, and establishes appropriate corrective and remedial actions.
* remark: The duration of the investigation process depends on the complexity of the matter, the adequacy of the evidence provided, and the availability of supporting documentation and explanations from the subject of the complaint.
