It has integrated good corporate governance principles as a fundamental foundation of the organization, while fostering an anti-corruption culture at all levels, from the Board of Directors, executives, and employees to its supplier network, in order to build trust among all stakeholder groups.

Management Structure

Governance
The Board of Directors reviews and approves the Anti-Corruption Policy on an annual basis, while strictly enforcing the No Gift Policy.
Strategy
Focused on fostering a culture of integrity within the organization through training and communication of policies related to anti-corruption and conflicts of interest.
Risk management
Assessed and controlled corruption risks in key processes, such as procurement and sales, while establishing secure and confidential whistleblowing channels.
Metrics and Targets
Monitored whistleblowing statistics and set a target to maintain zero corruption incidents.

Transparency Network

The Company has expanded its anti-corruption efforts to cover external stakeholders by participating in the “CAC Change Agent” program, encouraging SME suppliers to join the Collective Action Against Corruption, for which the Company received a Certificate of Participation. In addition, the Company joined the “Demanding Bribes? We Report” campaign with CAC to promote a transparent business ecosystem.

The Company has established anti-corruption prevention and code of conduct governance mechanisms through three approaches:

(1) Awareness Building and Training: Provided comprehensive training to the Board of Directors, executives, and employees at all levels, including new employees, achieving 100% coverage across all operating locations.

(2) Proactive Communication: Conducted Q&A activities and promoted the No Gift Policy during all festive occasions.

(3) Complaint Management System: Conducted transparent and fair investigation processes. In 2025, the Company resolved all 258 general management complaints, with no corruption cases identified.

In 2025, a total of 27 departments were assessed for corruption-related risks, comprising:

  • Bangkok Head Office: 5 departments
  • Chonburi Plant 7 departments
  • Lamphun Factory: 6 departments
  • Rayong Factory: 5 departments
  • Ratchaburi Factories 1 and 2: 4 departments

Based on the review of key activities, the 3C working team has prepared 3 cases which has been reviewed by the Internal Audit (IA) Department
