Innovation & Tech
The Company integrates innovation to minimize resource consumption and create value from waste. Through research and development, we have reduced unnecessary plastic packaging, such as by combining powder and oil seasonings into a single sachet. Furthermore, we have pioneered upcycling innovations to add value to waste materials by transforming rejected seasoning packets and instant noodle wrappers into "Eco-Boards" (artificial wood panels).
Eco-friendly production process (Green Process)
The Company controls pollution and manages resources through three core practices:
(1) Advanced Pollution Control Technology: Installed Multi-Cyclone and Wet Scrubber systems for dust and gas capture, alongside utilizing Activated Sludge and Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) systems for biological wastewater treatment.
(2) Circular Economy and Zero Waste: Transitioned to environmentally friendly paper packaging and collaborated with suppliers on take-back initiatives for packaging materials, such as film cores and sauce containers, to promote resource circularity and waste reduction.
(3) Energy Management: Implemented a Steam Ejector system to reduce steam consumption in the noodle steaming process, enhancing energy efficiency.
Performance Achievements (Impact & Results)
The successful implementation of the Company’s pollution and resource management strategies has delivered tangible environmental benefits, particularly through the circular utilization of industrial waste and the optimization of water management across production processes.

2025 Pollution and Resource Management Performance Summary
Through the continuous implementation of its Green Process policy, the Company has consolidated the outcomes of its pollution and resource reduction initiatives across all operational dimensions, as summarized below.
- Air: Installed dust collection systems (Multi-Cyclone, Wet Scrubber, and Bag Filter) and odor control systems.
- Water: Treated wastewater using the Activated Sludge (AS) system and recirculated water within the cooling system.
- Implemented projects based on the 3Rs principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
- Upcycling: Converted used noodle packaging into recycled composite boards.
- Take-back: Collected and returned film cores and sauce containers for reuse, and returned red plastic bags to manufacturers for recycling.
- Production Processes Implemented frying optimization to improve process efficiency and applied a Steam Ejector system to reduce steam consumption.
- Clean Energy Generated renewable electricity from solar energy to replace grid electricity consumption.
- Maintenance: Implemented preventive maintenance practices to reduce energy losses and improve operational efficiency.
