Appointed the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Development Committee

The Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Sustainable Development Committee consists of independent directors serving as the chairman of the board along with other directors and executives of the company. This committee regularly reports its performance to the board of directors. It enhances the company's corporate governance and fosters innovations to promote efficient participation. Additionally, the company has implemented an evaluation of the performance of the current Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Committee, focusing on three areas: roles, duties and responsibilities, performance, and self-development.

Implement the sustainability policy ratified by the Board of Directors, which encompasses the monitoring and evaluation of the organization's sustainability performance. This initiative emphasizes the integration of sustainability principles into the Company's operational processes, including the provision of training, effective communication of operations, and transparent disclosure of information.
