The MAMA Model: Empowering the Potential of Persons with Disabilities.

The MAMA Model is a concept adopted by the company to promote and enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups. It focuses on creating sustainable careers, increasing income, and reducing the burden on families and society by supporting career opportunities, skill development, and proper resource management. The goal is to empower persons with disabilities to become self-reliant and achieve a sustainably improved quality of life.
