In 2024, the company allocated a total fund of 30.4 million baht for the employees' fund, to provide savings for employees to use after retirement, in the event of disability, or as financial security for their families. Additionally, there were 54 retired employees who continued to be employed, representing 79% of the total.
In the case where employees are reassigned, transferred, suspended, or dismissed, the company will provide a notice period of no less than 30-60 days to ensure employees are adequately prepared for role changes, reassignments, or separation from the company. Furthermore, the company will recruit new employees to replace the departing ones.
